The present document describes our third-year application for a continuation grant on relativistic heavy-ion research at Nevis Laboratories, Columbia University over the three-year period starting from November 15, 1986. Our progress during the current budget period is described for segmented Cerenkov and streamer-tube back counters; data analysis; and R and D for future experiments at AGS.
