Topics considered at the symposium included the reduction of cavitation damage in hydroelectric turbines through the use of field modifications, cavitation intensity estimation in hydraulic machines, the determination of cavitation for high pressure pumps, and the trouble shooting of a vertical multi-stage cryogenic pump.
