Non-leading Sudakov effects are computable in QCD

We give an expansion for the cross-section for inclusive two-particle production in e/sup +/e/sup -/ annihilation. It is valid even when the particles are back-to-back and it includes all logarithmic corrections. As a special case it gives the energy-energy correlation function. At small angle there is power-law dependence on both the energy and the QCD scale.
