The results of a combinatorial analysis at finite energies (S. A. Voloshin, Yu. P. Nikitin, and P. I. Porfirov, Yad. Fiz. 35, 1006 (1982) (Sov. J. Nucl. Phys. 35, No. 586 (1982)) are compared to the existing experimental data. The energy behavior of the predicted average multiplicities of different types of hadrons is on the whole in good agreement with the experimental data, but the theoretical values of the yields of secondary baryons and antibaryons are roughly 1.5 times greater than the experimental values, regardless of the type of colliding hadrons.
