Inductive-wall and longitudinal space-charge impedances in LAMPF II

The inductive-wall and longitudinal space-charge impedances of LAMPF II are calculated. These effects are small below transition, but may require additional rf in order to achieve the desired energy gain per turn late in the accelerator cycle.
