The results of a search for W boson pair production in p{bar p} collisions at {radical} (s) =1.8thinspTeV with subsequent decay to e{mu}, ee, and {mu}{mu} channels are presented. Five candidate events are observed with an expected background of 3.1{plus_minus}0.4 events for an integrated luminosity of approximately 97thinsppb{sup {minus}1}. Limits on the anomalous couplings are obtained from a maximum likelihood fit of the E{sub T} spectra of the leptons in the candidate events. Assuming identical WW{gamma} and WWZ couplings, the 95{percent}thinspC.L. limits are {minus}0.62{lt}{Delta}{kappa}{lt}0.77 ({lambda}=0) and {minus}0.53{lt}{lambda} {lt}0.56 ({Delta}{kappa}=0) for a form factor scale {Lambda}=1.5thinspTeV. {copyright} {ital 1998} {ital The American Physical Society}
