These rules revise and update specifications governing the chest roentgenograms (X-rays) required to be given to underground coal miners by section 203 of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977. The program was formerly conducted under section 203 of the Federal Coal Mine Health and Safety Act of 1969.
