This document describes the qualification and training requirements for personnel of the Instrumentation and Controls Division (I and C) Maintenance Management Department (MMD) who perform maintenance activities on nuclear reactors at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). This document addresses requirements stipulated in DOE Order 5480.6 (Safety of DOE-Owned Reactors) which endorses ANSI/ANS 3.1, draft 10-80 (Selection, Qualification, and Training of Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants). The intent of this program is to comply with the DOE order as applicable to ORNL nuclear reactors.
