Each of the 25 chapters deals with a specific problem, and presents a systematic, step by step approach to its solution or prevention. Drawing on over 25 years of practical experience in the field, the author has provided cost-effective and readily applicable solutions to problems caused by ion exchange, fluctuations in flow rate, loss of capacity, raw water composition change, chemical feed, faulty regeneration, fouling of resins, physical and chemical deterioration, and numerous other factors.
