A discussion of the inclusive decays [ital B] [r arrow] [ital X][sub [ital s]][gamma] and [ital B] [r arrow] [ital X][sub [ital s]e][sup +][ital e[minus]] is given ([ital X][sub [ital s]] is a strange hadron), along with possible exclusive decay results from application of the Isgur-Wise symmetry. The leading logarithmic strong interaction corrections are included. Decay rates for [ital B] [r arrow] [ital X][sub [ital s]][gamma] include those predictions from the minimal standard model, the standard model with two Higgs doublets, and the minimal supersymmetric model. Decay rates for [ital B] [r arrow] [ital X][sub [ital s]e][sup +][ital e[minus]] are reviewed in the standard model and the two Higgs doublet model.
