Removal of condensate from hydrocarbon gases. [French patent] (in Russian)

In order to increase the quantity of condensate removed, a mixture of heavy hydrocarbon is added to the gas after each separation state except the last. Gas from a well enters a first stage separator, and the condensate obtained here passes through a liquid-level control device into a condensate-collecting line. The gas flows through a heat exchanger and a connecting pipe into a separator containing liquid hydrocarbon. From here the condensate passes through a liquid-level control device into the condensate-collecting line and the condensate-free gas passes through a heat exchanger and enters the sale pipeline. After the first stage separation, heavy hydrocarbons are admitted from a gravity feed tank through a spraying device activated by a high-pressure pump. It is claimed that the method gives about 100% removal of condensate from natural gas streams.
