Nuclear structure of high-spin states in /sup 46/Ti and /sup 46/V

The nuclear structure of high-spin states in /sup 46/Ti and /sup 46/V has been investigated using the /sup 40/Ca(/sup 9/Be, 2pn)/sup 46/Ti and /sup 40/Ca(/sup 9/Be, p2n)/sup 46/V reactions. Excitation function, angular distribution, recoil distance, Doppler shift attentuation, and ..gamma..-..gamma.. coincidence measurements were undertaken. Some additional data on /sup 46/Ti from the /sup 35/Cl(/sup 16/O,..cap alpha..p)/sup 46/Ti reaction are included.
