Wigner-Eckart theorem for graded generalized Lie algebras

Wigner-Eckart theorem is provided for graded generalized Lie algebras by purely algebraic methods. The only assumptions needed are that for a tensor operator module T is contained in lin (U,V), the module V be completely irreducible and T x U be completely reducible.
