The functional requirements for the software system are provided, and the basis for development of software/firmware testing during the System Level Test is given. The software for the 10 MWe Solar Thermal Power Plant Collector Subsystem (Phase I) shall have the capability to allow operator control of two heliostats for purposes of testing. This function includes the capability of operator commanded mode control, status display, and alarm generation. (LEW)
