Condron completes first Thermabilt home

More than 135 builders in 20 counties across the state of Washington are currently constructing energy-efficient Thermabilt homes. Estimated to use less than 40 percent of the heating energy most homes use, Thermabilt homes are those which are being constructed under the direction of WSEO's Energy Efficient Home Demonstration Program. Sponsored by the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), the 4-state regional program is designed to demonstrate the costs and actual energy savings associated with homes built to the efficiency levels of the Model Conservation Standards (MCS).
