Solar energy system for curing tobacco - a progress report

A design of a solar energy system which supplements fossil fuel use in flue-cured tobacco is discussed. The solar energy system is estimated to reduce fuel consumption by 30 percent or provide a savings of 1,300 gallons of liquefied petroleum gases/year.
