Stem observation of crystallization in thin films of amorphous Fe/sub 40/Ni/sub 40/P/sub 14/B/sub 6/

The results reported show that crystallization in thin films of Metglas 2826 can occur even at room temperature. Microanalysis and microdiffraction data have established the structure and composition of the phases. 7 refs.
