Technicolor contribution to the [ital Zb[bar b]] vertex correction from the spectral representation

In this paper we calculate the technicolor contribution to the [ital Zb[bar b]] vertex correction by using the spectral representation of two point vector and axial vector correlators. Our calculation shows that in the ordinary as well as in the walking technicolor scenario the major contribution to the vertex correction comes from the Goldstone pole in the axial vector channel. We find that in the ordinary technicolor scenario the ETC interaction that produces a large top mass (e.g., [ital m][sub [ital t]][approx]100 GeV) will also produce observable effects at CERN LEP through the [ital Zb[bar b]] vertex, whereas the corresponding effect for the walking technicolor scenario may be barely (or may not be) observable with the present LEP precision.
