Analysis of solders by x-ray fluorescence spectrometry

An investigation has been conducted establishing conditions for determining cadmium, copper, lead, nickel, silver, tin, and zinc in different solders by x-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The study demonstrates the feasibility of determining the concentrations of the constituent elements in the presence of each other at any level of concentration.
