Note on phenomenological analysis of p-p scattering around 1. 5 GeV/c

It is shown that in p-p scattering around 1.5 GeV/c, the observed peaks of sigma/sup el/ and sigma/sup tot/ or the observed structure of ..delta..sigma/sub L/ cannot necessarily be regarded as evidence of a dibaryon resonance.
