A performance analysis of the Loss-of-Fluid Test (LOFT) modular drag-disc turbine transducer (MDTT) is presented. Specific sources of measurement uncertainty are identified, quantified, and combined to provide an assessment of the ability of the MDTT to satisfy the requirement for measurement of single- and two phase flow.
