This report contains the abstracts from the 1991 International Sherwood Fusion Conference. Papers were presented on topics of theoretical interest ranging through plasma instabilities, plasma stability, plasma confinement, plasma waves, and plasma heating. The work was primarily directed at magnetic confinement research, principally on tokamak devices, considering analysis of recent experimental work, as well as concerns for the next generation of plasma burning experiments. Separate abstracts have been prepared for all papers in this report.
