Observations of the J = 1 to 0 rotational transitions of HC3N, H(C-13)CCN, HC(C-13)CN, and HCC(C-13)N in the Galactic molecular cloud Sgr B2 have been analyzed. No evidence for fractionation is found in the three C-13 isomers. The results support the suggestion that the HC3N J = 1 to 0 transition is a weak maser in Sgr B2. A C-12/C-13 ratio of 11 + or - 2 is obtained for Sgr B2. 31 references.
