Techniques developed for studying K{sup +} {r_arrow} {pi}{sup +}{nu}{anti {nu}} and K{sub L} {r_arrow} {pi}{sup 0}{nu}{anti {nu}} at the Brookhaven National Laboratory. Alternating Gradient Synchrotron are briefly described. The applicability of these approaches at the front end of the First Muon Collider is assessed.
