On-site data acquisition system for photovoltaic applications experiments

A data acquisition system for obtaining performance and meteorological data at photovoltaic applications experiments sites located throughout the United States has been developed. This system is fully automated, and the acquired data is transmitted periodically to a remote Data Reduction Center for analysis and reporting. The data acquisition system can also be used for on-site data presentations to facilitate photovoltaic system start-up and prove-in.
