A four-point-probe technique was used to measure the dc electrical resistivity of single-crystal ZrC{sub 0.93} in the temperature range 1000--3000 K. A nonlinear temperature dependence was observed which is best described by an expression of the form {rho}={rho}{sub 0}+{rho}{sub 1}{ital T}+{ital C} exp({minus}{ital T}{sub 0}/{ital T}), with {rho}{sub 0}=176.5 {mu}{Omega} cm, {rho}{sub 1}=0.0552 {mu}{Omega} cm/K, {ital C}={minus}650 {mu}{Omega} cm, and {ital T}{sub 0}=6900 K.
