The primary emphasis of this program is on the applications of Bifurcation and Stability Theory to Problems of energy, with specific emphasis on Problems of Combustion and Flame Propagation. In particular we consider the problem of transition from laminar to turbulent flame propagation. A great deal of progress has been made. A total of eighty eight papers citing this project have been prepared for publication in technical journals. A listing of the papers is appended to this report. In addition a brief summary of the results is also appended.
