On the annihilation constants of mesons consisting of a heavy and a light quark, and B/sup 0/bold-arrow-left-rightB-bar/sup -0/ oscillations

The question is studied of logarithmic gluon renormalization of operators containing heavy (Q) and light (q) quarks. It is shown that to leading logarithmic approximation (LLA) there exist renormalizations corresponding to the region of virtual momenta R/sup -2/<
..infinity) of the constant f/sub P/ parametrizing the pseudoscalar meson annihilation by the axial current (the analogue of f/sub ..pi../). A logarithmic correction to the well-known power law is found. We also consider the operator responsible for B/sup 0/bold-arrow-left-rightB-bar/sup 0/ oscillations in a theory with left-handed currents. The factorization relation for the matrix element does not depend in LLA on the normalization point of the operator (b-bar..gamma../sub ..mu../q)/sup 2//sub L/.
