Integral state-resolved cross sections are presented for the scattering of CaCl with CH/sub 3/Cl target. This particular system was chosen so that the potential could be represented as the long-range dipole-dipole interaction. Fluorescence was observed by using a single mode dye laser as excitation source. Rotationally inelastic cross sections were determined from measurement of line intensities as a function of scattering gas pressure. (AIP)
