Wood and energy in Vermont. Staff report

This report presents information on residential use of wood energy obtained from two household surveys. The first survey, conducted in 1979, obtained detailed information from more than 550 households. The second or followup survey, conducted a year later, provided estimates of fuelwood use in 1979-80, and more information on likely impacts of the increase in residential demand for wood energy on the State forest resource base.
