K-TIF was developed for the numerical solution of the time-varying dynamics of steam and water in a pressurized water reactor (PWR) downcomer. The model is designed to describe the complicated countercurrent flow under start up, steady state and transient flow conditions covering as wide a set of experimental configurations as possible.CDC7600; FORTRAN (LRLTRAN and CHAT compiler); LTSS, SCOPE; 31,000 (octal) words of small core memory (SCM) and 28,000 (octal) words of large core memory (LCM).
