This is the third in a series of reports issued showing progress in energy conservation made by industry, and the first report since the Department of Commerce began conducting the day-to-day operation of the voluntary industrial energy conservation program, including the collection of data on energy use and savings from all participating industries. Part I includes 22 industry reports from 23 groups. Part II includes those 8 industries which have provided preliminary data on energy use and savings. Part III sets forth the balance of those industries that are considering participation with Commerce and FEA in the voluntary programs.
