We determine the ability of future experiments to test the Standard Model via precision measurement of the rare decays B{r_arrow}X{sub s}{gamma} and B{r_arrow}X{sub s}l{sup +}l{sup {minus}}. A global fit to the Wilson coefficients which describe the flavor changing b{r_arrow}s transitions and which contribute to these decays is performed from Monte Carlo-generated data. This fit is then compared to supersymmetric predictions for the coefficients for several different patterns of the superpartner spectrum. {copyright} {ital 1998 American Institute of Physics.}
