The 15-foot bubble chamber at FNAL was used to investigate about 7000 events of nu-barn and nu-barp scattering in neon (charged currents) at antineutrino energies 10--200 GeV. The total cross-section ratio R = sigma/sub nu-barn//sigma/sub nu-barp/ does not depend on the energy and on the average is equal to R = 0.48 +- 0.03/sup +0.03//sub -/0. In the framework of the quark-parton model we have found the momentum distributions xu(x), xd(x), x(u-bar(x)+s-bar(x)), and x(d-bar(x)+s-bar(x)) of (anti)quarks in a bound proton. The results are compared with data for free nucleons from experiments with deuterium and hydrogen.
