The TRIUMF OPPIS (Optically Pumped Polarized Ion Source) provides a precision quality beam for the experiment on parity non-conservation in proton-proton scattering at 221 MeV beam energy. The pulsed OPPIS applications for the future RHIC and HERA polarization facilities are discussed. The polarization technique of the radioactive nuclide beam is proposed for {beta}-NMR condensed matter studies with a new ISAC facility at TRIUMF. {copyright} {ital 1998 American Institute of Physics.}
