/sup 1/H, /sup 2/D, /sup 13/C and /sup 15/N NMR study of the acid-base reaction and isotope effects of 1H-pyrrolo(3,2-h)quinoline and its related compounds (in Russian)

The possibility of using multinuclear NMR spectroscopy for the study of the fine effects of the rearrangement of a ..pi..-system in a molecule combining ..pi..-donor (indole) and ..pi..-donor (pyridine) fragments in the case of 1H-pyrrolo(3,2-h)quinoline and its CD analog. This results in an enhancement of both the proton-donor and proton acceptor properties of the molecular fragments with the formation of a strong NH...N intermolecular complex. These data are supported by the /sup 15/N NMR chemical shifts (/sup 15/N in natural content) and the significant isotope effects in the replacement NH ..cap alpha.. ND on the /sup 1/H, /sup 2/D and /sup 13/C nuclei.
