Measurement of dd. mu. -molecule formation rate at high deuterium pressure (0. 4--1. 5 Kbar)

The dd..mu..-molecule formation rate has been measured in gaseous deuterium at pressures of 390, 825 and 1490 bar. The measurements have been performed on the muon channel of the JINR phasotron with the use of a gas target and a full-absorption neutron detector.
