The State of New Mexico has contracted with Frank Bolek and Associates to perform an Energy Audit (EA) for Cloudcroft Elementary School and Cloudcroft High School and to organize data at the schools to assist the School District in developing a Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Preventative Maintenance (PM) program. The goal of both the EA and PM is to reduce energy consumption and operating costs of the schools.
