TOPS: a multigroup opacity code

From T-4 Opacity Library Data, the TOPS code calculates multigroup opacities that can be written in a variety of formats for use in radiation transport codes. Arbritary mixture of any elements for which OPLIB data exist is supported. Versions of the code exist for both the CRAY-1 and the CRAY X-MP. 5 refs.
