Several recently proposed forms of the /sup 3/He quasiparticle energy spectrum in /sup 3/He-He II mixtures are examined. Contributions of the quasiparticles to the normal-fluid density rho/sub n/3 and the specific heat C/sub 3/ are calculated by using various impurity spectra and compared. Influence of deviations from the Landau-Pomeranchuk quadratic dispersion relation on the momentum distribution of rho/sub n/3 and C/sub 3/ is discussed. The two examined theoretical results of the /sup 3/He excitation spectrum overestimate the magnitude of deviations in the small-momentum region.
