Internal casing wiper for an oil field well bore hole

The invention provides for an improved internal casing wiper tool designed to wipe the casing sides of a well bore hole in order to remove debris contained thereon and further to remove debris contained in fluid found in the bore hole. The tool of the present invention includes a first chamber for collecting larger sized pieces of debris and a second chamber for collecting the smaller sized pieces of debris as the tool is lowered into the well bore hole. The tool includes an elongated pipe having its upper end connected to the lower end of the drilling string internally containing the first and second chambers, a plurality of centralizers are disclosed around the tube for substantially centering the tube in the bore hole, a petal basket is connected to the lower end of the pipe having a plurality of outwardly extending petals around its periphery for wiping the casing sides in order to dislodge the debris and to guide the fluid with the debris into the tube a first filter is located at a first predetermined distance from the lower end of the pipe and separates out the larger pieces of debris and a second filter is located above the first filter for separating out the smaller pieces of debris, a check valve is located above the second filter and permits the cleaned fluid to flow outwardly from the tool back into the well bore.
