Journal Article · · Oil Gas J.; (United States)
OSTI ID:6356640
A description of the Bizerta-Tunis pipeline is presented. The pipeline is remote operated. The local operation of each station and terminal is performed through programmable controlers, ensuring normal station monitoring functions. The pipeline interfaces with RTUs and corrects realtime of volumes measured according to product temperature, pressure, viscosity and specific gravity. The line delivers highoctane gasoline, regular gasoline, gas oil, kerosine and ATK from the Bizerta refinery to the tank farms of marketing companies.
