LOFT experimental measurements uncertainty analyses. Volume I. Methodology and summary

This report describes the methodology used for estimating experimental measurement uncertainties in the Loss-of-Fluid Test (LOFT) Program. The LOFT measurement uncertainties are concisely defined in terms of an interval which includes the central 95% of the measurement results. The estimated uncertainties for each LOFT measurement system are summarized.
