Radiative decays of vector mesons in the chiral quark bag model

A new model of radiative decays of vector mesons in the chiral SU(3) x SU(3) bag model is proposed. The vector-meson decay widths depend on the quark mass, the bag radius, a free parameter z characterizing the disappearance of the bag in the decay process, and g, the pseudoscalar singlet-quark interaction constant. The calculated decay widths are in satisfactory agreement with experiment.
