Interim report on the evaluation of a methanol-fueled LTD Crown Victoria. Technical report

The report describes a project involving the testing of a M85 fuelcycle LTD Crown Victoria at the Motor Vehicle Emission Laboratory on the Federal Test Procedure, Highway, New York City, and evaporative tests. It also includes a comparison to simular data taken at three other laboratories (Ford, Engines and Control Systems, Inc., and the City of New York). The vehicle tested is intended for taxicab fleet service in New York City.
