Measurement of the elastic electron-neutron cross section at high Q/sup 2/

The ratio of the elastic electron-neutron to the elastic electron-proton cross section was measured to be about 0.3 at transverse momenta squared (Q/sup 2/) of 2.5, 4.0, 6.0 and 8.0 (GeV/c)/sup 2/.
