New track detector: nuclear emulsion with variable sensitivity

Controlled conditions for registration of fast charged particles are realized for the first time in unsensitized nuclear emulsions with a 0.65 relative weight concentration of AgBr and a sensitivity on the order of one developed grain per 100 ..mu..m of relativistic-particle track, which provide higher track quality than conventional high-sensitivity nuclear emulsions.
