Differential cross sections have been measured for the ground state and for the low-lying levels of /sup 232/Th, /sup 235/U, /sup 238/U via neutron time-of-flight technique. This work consists of the study of neutron scattering cross sections in the following areas: (i) the cross sections of /sup 232/Th in the incident energy range 185 x 2400 KeV for ground state rotational band (GSRB) levels 0/sup +/ (ground state), 2/sup +/ (49 KeV), and 4/sup +/ (162 KeV), (ii) the cross sections of /sup 235/U at incident energies of 185 KeV and 550 KeV for groups of levels, ground state + 77 eV + 13 KeV and 46 + 52 KeV, and (III) the cross sections of /sup 238/U in the incident energy range 185 x 920 KeV for GSRB levels 0/sup +/ (ground state), 2/sup +/ (45 KeV) and 4/sup +/ (148 KeV). The University of Lowell 5.5 MV pulsed Van-de Graaff accelerator with Mobley bunching system was employed. Neutrons were generated via the /sup 7/Li(p,n)/sup 7/Be reaction in a metallic lithium target having thickness 8-10 KeV. An overall resolution of 15 x 20 KeV was maintained throughout the measurements. The scatterers were disk shaped. Careful attention has been paid to data reduction, angular resolution, multiple scattering corrections, and attenuation corrections. The results are compared with data of other investigators and ENDF/B-V.
