This report provides detailed cost information for the Reedy Creek Utilities solar space heating, cooling and service water heating project located in Walt Disney World, Florida. The solar energy system cools, heats and supplies service hot water for approximately 5625 ft/sup 2/ of office space in a general office building. The system was designed as an integral part of the building at the time the building was designed. The construction costs of this solar project are presented in this report. Category costs are listed by materials, direct labor, and subcontract costs. The subcontract costs include both materials, labor, overhead and profit for electrical, control and other minor subcontractors.
