Hydro Review presents a selection of recently released hydro books, publications, and software, complete with information about to obtain these useful items. Each year, many new technical and informational resources-both printed and electronic-become available to the hydro industry. These resources are useful in a number of ways: they provide instructional and practical information, they can help solve problems, and they are helpful in understanding hydroelectric technology. In this article, the author summarizes recently released books and other publications and software packages that are useful as well as interesting. This summary will acquaint the reader with a varied selection of resources. For each resource, quoted the publisher's retail price is (in US dollars except where noted). There may be additional postage and handling charges. Information is provided about how to order books and software featured in this article.
